Our residency at the pop up kitchen at the Nashville Farmer’s Market!

We will have Gumbo, Jambalaya, Dirty Rice, Red beans and Rice, Cold Drinks, and all served with authentic Gambino's French Bread.

We will be there Monday's from 10am-2pm!

Every great restaurant has a story, and Fired Up's begins not in a kitchen, but in a corporate office. When faced with workplace challenges and standing up for what's right, our founder Zach found himself at a crossroads. What seemed like a setback became the spark that would ignite something special.

It was a former boss – someone who saw untapped potential – who planted the seed: "Why not start your own restaurant?" Those words resonated with a passion that had been simmering for years: bringing authentic Cajun and Creole cuisine to Nashville.

Today, Fired Up stands as a testament to turning adversity into opportunity. Located in the vibrant Nashville Farmers Market, we serve up soul-warming gumbo, red beans and rice, and jambalaya that tell their own story of tradition, authenticity, and love for great food.
